Crispy fried chicken coated in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the luscious Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Dredge the chicken in cornstarch to ensure an even coating.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  5. Toss the cooked chicken pieces in the Bang Bang sauce until well-coated.
  6. Serve garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

For the crispiest chicken, ensure the oil is adequately heated and avoid overcrowding the skillet while frying.
