A juicy ribeye steak grilled to perfection and topped with rich, herby cowboy butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Make the cowboy butter in a mixing bowl by combining the softened butter, parsley, chives, garlic, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Grill the seasoned steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes after cooking to allow juices to redistribute.
  6. Top each steak with a dollop of cowboy butter and serve immediately.

Notes

Allow your grill or skillet to be hot enough for a perfect sear. You can experiment with different herbs in the cowboy butter for variation.
