A quick and easy alternative to traditional egg rolls, bringing nostalgic flavors to your table.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

This dish can easily be customized by swapping proteins or adding more vegetables. For gluten-free, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
