Succulent garlic butter steak bites that are quick to prepare and bursting with flavor. Perfect for a special occasion or a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat until it starts to foam gently.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until it becomes fragrant but hasn’t turned brown.
  3. While the garlic is sizzling, season your sirloin steak bites with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Carefully add the seasoned steak bites to the hot skillet, cooking them for about 2-3 minutes. Flip them occasionally to ensure they brown evenly and are cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Once cooked to your liking, remove the skillet from the heat. Toss in some freshly chopped parsley for color and a pop of flavor, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a Caesar salad or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
