A quick and nutritious ground turkey stir fry packed with colorful veggies and aromatic flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground turkey to the pan, breaking it apart as it cooks until no longer pink—about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste, and give everything a good stir.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or toss it with noodles.

Notes

Feel free to use any veggies you have on hand, and you can switch ground turkey with chicken, beef, or tofu for flexibility.
