Delightful sliders filled with savory beef, sweet onions, and gooey provolone cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: mayonnaise or ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the onion and green bell pepper in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beef steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing the meat and veggie mixture on the bottom half of each bun and topping with provolone cheese.
  5. Top each slider with the bun lid and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with mayonnaise or ketchup.

Notes

Sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
