  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
